    His career includes key roles in Lilium, Oxford University, BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, UCLA, where he has also developed cutting-edge solutions for novel turbomachinery and aircraft designs, crash & impact safety, blade containment, structural integrity of critical components.

    He has extensive experience in design, failure investigations, fatigue, damage tolerance, non-conformance and TVs pragmatic resolution, blade/disc interaction, blade vibrations, rotordynamics, damage tolerance, dynamic simulations and complex fluid-structure interactions.

    Senior Analysis Engineer

    Adityesh is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in CAD design and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), specialising in turbomachinery, fatigue, and structural integrity. He focuses on simulation-driven design solutions using tools like Ansys, Abaqus, Hyperworks, and Solidworks.

    He is a Certified Solidworks Simulation Professional (CSWP) and has produced detailed 2D/3D models, technical drawings, and compliance reports aligned with ISO, ASME, and Eurocode standards. His background also includes automation design and automotive engine manufacturing, applying lean and DFM principles.

    Adityesh holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a BSc from the University of South Florida, with academic work focused on fatigue failure in wind turbine gearboxes and electromechanical systems.

    Principal Stress Engineer

    Canale is a Finite Element Analysis specialist with over a decade of expertise in aircraft structures and turbomachinery.

    He has hands-on experience with Abaqus, Ansys, SC03, and LS-Dyna as well as modelling complex material behaviours including creep, plasticity and explicit crack propagation.

    He has extensive experience in assessing non-conformances and technical variances, performing pipe stress analysis with Caesar II for the oil & gas industry and performing process simulations. Skilled in MATLAB and Python, he supports post-processing and data-driven insights in simulation workflows.

    Dr. Canale has worked many years on the structural integrity of Composites for lightweight applications, as well as ultimate, limit and fatigue load cases om aircraft structures.

    He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He previously worked at Bain & Company, a top-tier strategy consulting firm, where he advised global clients on growth, decarbonization, and operational excellence.
